No. It’s a membership plan offered by Northwest Dental. You receive 100% coverage for preventive care and member savings on treatment at our office—without claims, waiting periods, or annual maximums.
When do benefits start?
Immediately on the day you enroll. There’s no waiting period.
What’s covered at 100%?
Preventive care listed in the plan, including exams, bitewing X-rays, cleanings, fluoride, oral cancer screenings, and (when applicable) periodontal maintenance cleanings following SRP. You can view the full coverage here.
What savings apply to other treatment?
Members receive a 15% discount on most procedures (e.g., fillings, crowns/bridges, root canals, extractions, periodontics, dentures/partials, implants), plus $500 off clear aligners.
How long does the plan last?
12 months from your purchase date. It renews automatically unless you cancel.
Can I use this with dental insurance?

Do cosmetic services and orthodontics qualify?
Yes. Member savings apply to cosmetic services, and clear aligners receive $500 off.
How do I enroll?

Yes. Choose the Family plan (three-member minimum) and add additional members as needed. Additional family members can be added at any time.
