Dr. Kleier explained clearly some potential issues and took some additional images so she can properly monitor. I highly recommend Northwest Dental! C Barnes24 March 2026First off, the atmosphere is surprisingly calm for a place that revolves around drills and tiny mirrors. The front desk staff are consistently friendly and actually acknowledge you when you walk in. Check-ins are quick. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with enough seating that you’re not awkwardly hovering or crammed next to strangers. There are little touches that make a difference too—magazines that aren’t ancient and a general sense that the place is well cared for. It doesn’t feel sterile in a cold way, just organized and maintained. What stands out most, though, is how the staff interacts with my family. I can hear bits and pieces from the hallway, and it’s clear they take the time to explain things and keep the kids at ease. My spouse always comes out saying the dentist is thorough but not pushy, which I appreciate—no one likes feeling upsold when it comes to healthcare.Posted on Google

Dr. Emily and her assistant Jane made me feel relaxed and comfortable plus the Dr explained in a very comprehensive way what issues I had and needed help with. Racheal at the Front Desk was very active in making sure I understood my dental estimate and was able to get me in the same day for a procedure that I needed that was greatly appreciated. Pat my Dental Hygienist was a very warm and caring person to have clean my teeth she gave me additional advice about what to think about for the future to help make my smile even better. I am very fortunate to have found this place. Thanks to my insurance and google reviews I found a Dental Care Center that actually cares and want to help a person smile and feel good 👍 Thank you all for the great service and I look forward to having my oral care in hands of a great Dental Care Center. Now that I've gone there for a cleaning, an emergency appointment tooth extraction, a second tooth infected on bone, I can definitely say I hope he's there many years to come and I can refer other people to come and receive the type of luxury almost concierge service as he was so thorough polite friendly. Not only is the share a smile $50 credit for the person that referred you and $50 for you but they do monthly giveaways like this giveaway. Write a review, put in for $150 gift card opportunity. Northwest Dental was able to get me in the same day and fixed my tooth. I was so relieved to be able to smile again. They were very professional and understanding of my situation as a patient.
