Job Description

Our close-knit dental office in Omaha, NE seeks a dedicated Dental Assistant who thrives in a patient-first, team-oriented environment. You’ll support clinical care, help patients feel at ease, and contribute to efficient, high-quality treatment every day.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional chairside assistance and patient care
  • Prepare rooms, instruments, and materials; maintain infection control standards
  • Support dentists during procedures; take X-rays as licensed
  • Document accurately in our practice software
  • Communicate empathetically and professionally with patients and teammates

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of dental assisting experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software (preferred)
  • Current Nebraska radiology license (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills; calm, friendly, and professional
  • Team-oriented with a drive to learn and succeed

Job Description

Join our hygiene team and help deliver comfortable, prevention-focused care. We serve a wide range of patients in a busy, patient-first practice. The ideal RDH is calm, reassuring, friendly, and efficient in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
  • Chart periodontal findings; take digital X-rays as indicated
  • Provide patient education and home-care coaching
  • Collaborate closely with dentists and team on treatment planning
  • Maintain strict infection control and documentation standards

Qualifications

  • Current Nebraska RDH license (required)
  • Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene (required)
  • Current CPR certification (required)
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and infection control standards
  • Experience with Dentrix or similar software (preferred)
  • Personable, empathetic, strong communicator; team-oriented
  • Driven to provide exceptional patient care
