Our Dentists

Dr. Benjamin Wachholtz, DDS

Dr. Ben Wachholtz was born and raised in Papillion, Nebraska, and is excited to return to the Omaha community. He completed his education with great distinction, graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and UNMC College of Dentistry. After graduation, he has been practicing in rural Iowa as a general dentist. Dr. Wachholtz excels in all areas of dentistry but finds particular fulfillment in emergency dentistry. He appreciates relieving patients from pain and restoring their comfort.

As our dentist, he looks forward to showcasing his passion for dentistry and helping Omaha patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. Dr. Wachholtz’s commitment to patient care is evident in his personalized approach to each patient.

In his free time, he enjoys golfing, playing volleyball, tennis, or cheering on the Huskers – GO, BIG RED! He is more passionate about musicals than anyone you know and likes to spend time attending Omaha Performing Arts. In the summer months, you can find him with his family and friends at his home away from home: Lake Panorama.

Dr. Emily Kleier, DDS

Dr. Emily Kleier is the oldest of 6 kids, raised in O’Neill, Nebraska and graduated from University of Nebraska-Kearney where she was a high jumper for the Loper track team. She joins Northwest Dental after 3 years of practice in rural Iowa. She attended dental school at UNMC in Lincoln, graduating with distinction in 2022 (one spot ahead of Dr. Ben!). Dr. Emily has a great understanding of all areas of dentistry, but especially enjoys seeing kids.

Dr. Emily and her husband Ryan reside in Omaha with their goldendoodle, Ginny and orange tabby cat, Maizey. In their free time, they love playing volleyball, golfing, and spending time at the lake. Their favorite date night is seeing a musical at the Orpheum theater. In her free time, Dr. Emily loves to read, attend workout classes at the gym, and shop. TJ Maxx and Nordstrom Rack are where you can find her.
