Nominate a Patient, Transform a Smile: Introducing the Give A Smile Project!

We believe in the power of smiles to brighten lives and foster stronger, healthier neighborhoods. Introducing our Give A Smile Project through our Share A Smile Referral Program, where you can play an active role in bringing joy to your neighbors in need of dental care and coverage.

Patients and community members can nominate a deserving individual who could benefit from donated dental treatment(s) and a year of coverage from our in-house Dental Savings Plan

Nomination forms must be completed and submitted by July 31st, and the winner(s) will be awarded each year in August.
